Pets are allowed with a fee of $250 per pet, plus any cleaning or damage costs. An unapproved late check-out will incur a fee of $50 per hour or one additional night. The Alameda 1 is situated in the family-friendly West Roxbury neighborhood, just a short walk from shops and restaurants like Starbucks, Roche Brothers grocery store, and Bertucci's Pizza. Transportation is very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and interstate highways. The apartment is located within walking distance to the Boston T (subway) system. Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Smoking and vaping are strictly not allowed anywhere on the property, including the patio, yard, and garage. A minimum $500 deep-clean fee plus damages will be charged if violated. Events and gatherings are not allowed. Violation of the no-parties or no-events policy will result in immediate termination without refund and up to a $1,000 fee. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early or late check-in/out may be possible with prior approval. Only guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight, and maximum occupancy is strict and includes children/infants. No candles, incense, or open flames are allowed anywhere on the property. Smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors are installed and tested; do not disable, remove, or cover them. Tampering will result in immediate termination. External security cameras may be present at entry points for security only. No cameras or recording devices inside the home or in private areas. Lock all doors and windows when leaving and overnight. Do not share access codes with anyone not on the reservation. No illegal activity of any kind. Violation results in immediate termination without refund and may be reported to authorities. Use of the property is at your own risk. Owner is not liable for accidents, injuries, illness, or loss of personal property. Adults are responsible for supervising all children in the party. Violation of these rules may result in termination of the stay without refund. For mid-term stays, refusal to vacate after a documented violation may result in legal proceedings per applicable tenancy law. Includes free wireless broadband internet access.
