As this unit is on the ground floor, you may hear light pedestrian and car traffic during the day and early evening hours. Smoking of any kind in the accommodations will incur a $350 fee to cover all costs to clean and restore the accommodations. Unauthorized pets will incur a $500 fee in each instance plus all costs to clean and restore the accommodations. Unauthorized guests will be charged $200 per guest per night. Quiet time is observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. A check-in form and agreement are required to be completed after booking is confirmed.
