The Space This thoughtfully designed 3-story townhome was built with modern living in mind. The first and third floors house private bedroom suites, each equipped with its own dedicated bathroom, allowing multiple occupants to comfortably share the home while maintaining privacy. The second floor serves as the main gathering space, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, oversized island, spacious living room, and a half bathroom for guests. The rooftop deck offers an additional outdoor living area perfect for lounging. LEASE TERMS & RENTAL REQUIREMENTS Thank you for your interest in our furnished rental property. Please review the following leasing terms carefully. LEASE TERM Preferred lease term: 12 months Minimum lease term considered: 6 months Preference will be given to applicants seeking a 12-month lease. Shorter lease terms may be considered on a case-by-case basis. RENT & UTILITIES Rent is paid as one monthly lump-sum payment. All utilities are included in the monthly rent, including: Electricity Water Sewer Trash High-speed Internet/Wi-Fi HOA fees (if applicable) MOVE-IN COSTS Reservation Deposit: $800 per room Required to secure and reserve the room/property. The room will be removed from the market once the reservation deposit has been received. Security Deposit: $800 per room Fully refundable at the end of the lease term provided there is no damage beyond normal wear and tear, unpaid balances, missing furnishings, or lease violations. Cleaning Fee: $200 non-refundable cleaning fee due prior to move-in. FURNISHED ACCOMMODATIONS The property is fully furnished and move-in ready. Furnishings may include: Bed and mattress Dresser and nightstands Living room furniture Dining furniture Kitchen appliances and cookware Washer and dryer Television(s) Outdoor furnishings and rooftop grill (if applicable) OCCUPANCY REQUIREMENTS Only approved occupants may reside in the property. Subleasing, Airbnb hosting, or short-term rental activity is prohibited without written approval. Tenants are expected to maintain the property in a clean and respectful manner. SMOKING POLICY No smoking, vaping, marijuana use, or illegal drug use inside the property. MOVE-OUT REQUIREMENTS Upon move-out, tenants must: Remove all personal belongings. Return all keys and access devices. Leave the room and common areas in clean condition. Return furnishings in substantially the same condition as received.
