There is high speed, fiber optic internet and a Tesla power bank for back up during power outages. The attic is finished but unfurnished and can be used as living or storage space. The shed and basement can also serve as additional storage. Uncovered, off street parking is comfortable fro 2-3 vehicles. There is a wall mounted heat pump unit for heating and cooling the downstairs. Window air conditioning units are available. The furnace provides whole house heat. A large lawn and mature trees give the property an tranquil and private feeling. The outside has a comfortable front porch, and a small backyard patio with a dining set, grill and fire pit. The water is supplied by a well and there is a septic tank on the property. The owners will pay for lawn mowing, electric, Internet, garbage and water. Renter will pay for propane and is required to pay for a once per month professional house cleaning.
