The bedroom offers a comfortable Queen bed with a foam mattress, complete with pillows, linens, and sheets, along with a closet and another large flat-screen 4K Roku Smart TV. The spacious full bathroom is stocked with a bath with a shower, wash basin, mirror, toilet, towels, and essential toiletries.
A parking garage is located around the corner on 2nd Street - Autopark Olde City. Street parking is available after 8 pm daily and all weekend, but please read signs carefully as towing is enforced. For families, a pack-n-play and high chair are available. Pets are welcome with a fee of $50 per pet for stays of 1-6 nights, $100 per pet for stays of 7-21 nights, and a maximum of $175 per pet per month for stays of 21+ nights or monthly. Guests must provide pet details for approval, and failure to comply with pet policies may result in additional charges.

No smoking, vaping, or marijuana use is permitted on the property, with a $500 charge and a potential $100/hour cleaning fee for smoking incidents, plus an ozone treatment costing $250. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed. Undeclared or unauthorized extra guests or pets will be charged $50 per night, per guest or pet. Late check-out fees apply, with every 30 minutes after 11 am costing an additional $75. Extra cleaning fees are $100/hour. Lost front entrance key fobs will incur a $250 charge, as will lost parking passes or swipe cards. Lost TV, fan, or AC remote controls will result in a $100 charge. For long-term stays of 30 days or more, guests are required to pay for extra cleanings once per month. Guests are responsible for removing garbage from the home during their stay and will pay any city fines imposed by the apartment complex or otherwise. Exterior doorbell cameras are installed outside each apartment unit, monitoring the building's interior hallways. Driver's licenses or passports are required for all adults staying in the house. Quiet hours are observed after 10:00 pm. No mail/package deliveries are allowed. Do not burn candles, incense, or any other open flames. Always lock the door. Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and no unapproved visitors. Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. The host is not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises, or for the loss of personal belongings or valuables. Two options for damage protection are offered: a non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver or a fully refundable Security Deposit.
