Quiet hours are observed after 10:00 pm. Guests are required to complete a digital boarding pass via Enso Connect before check-in, which includes ID verification and signing the rental agreement. For long-term stays of 30 days or more, guests are required to pay for extra cleanings once per month. Guests are responsible for removing garbage from the home during their stay and will pay any garbage or automotive-related city fines. Smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana is prohibited anywhere on the property and will result in a $1000 charge and a $500 ozone treatment. Parties, events, or gatherings are not allowed. Undeclared or unauthorized extra guests or pets will be charged $50 per night, per guest/pet. Unauthorized late check-out will incur an additional $75 every 30 minutes after the standard check-out time. Lost keys, key fobs, or parking access swipe cards will result in a $300 charge. Lost parking pass tags will result in a $200 charge. Failure to send a photo of any associated parking passes, keys, key fobs, garage remotes, or swipe cards will result in a $100 charge. Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is by 10 AM. Exterior doorbell cameras are installed outside each apartment unit, monitoring the building's interior hallways.
