For long-term stays of 30 days or more, guests are required to pay for extra cleanings once per month. Guests are responsible for removing garbage from the home during their stay and will pay any garbage or automotive-related city fines. Smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana is prohibited on the property, with a $1000 charge and potential $500 ozone treatment for violations. Parties, events, and unauthorized visitors are not permitted. Loud music or disturbances are prohibited, with quiet hours after 10:00 pm. Mail/package deliveries are not allowed.
