House Rules: 1) Indoor Etiquette: - No shoes inside the property. - No smoking of ANY KIND in the house. Only permitted outside the house. 2) Event restrictions: - No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. 3) Check-out and Check-in time: - Check-out time is 10am. - Check-in time is 5pm - 2am (fees apply after 10pm). 4) Guest Policies: - No extra/ overnight guests (have more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number doesn't match we reserve the right to cancel your reservation). - No mail delivered here (unless personally arranged ahead of time). - No moving / rearranging of the furniture (unless otherwise specified). 5) Electronics and Pre-check in: - No unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc. - No pre-check in bag storage (Only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee). 6) Pet and Neighbor Policies: - No pets. - No disrespecting / disturbing neighbors. 7) Parking and Noise: - No parking anywhere on property other than assigned spaces we show you. - No loud noise or music past 10 pm. No flirting with the workers. *We reserve the right to keep your full security deposit if any of the above rules are broken**
