The two other tenants are quiet, friendly and responsible, considerate roommates. Here is a description of the home: Beautifully maintained single family home in residential neighborhood west of El Camino Real. Short distance to Red Morton Community Center, Whole Foods Market, YMCA, Starbucks and the cultural events and theatres of downtown Redwood City. Easy access to 280 and 101. Completely remodeled galley kitchen including stainless steel appliances, tile floor, in cabinet and under cabinet lighting, pull-out pantry, gorgeous granite countertops, washer and dryer, microwave, gas range, dishwasher, and disposal. House has 2 small bathrooms with tile flooring, heated fan; dual pane windows, hardwood floor in dining room, recessed lighting living room. Storage shed in peaceful and completely fenced-in small back yard with patio, as well as garage storage. Sprinklers front and back, landscaped grounds and weekly gardening services included in rent as well as monthly house cleaning. One year lease with first month's rent and security deposit due at signing. Utilities shared equally among tenants (usually in the $100 to $200 range). No indoor smoking. Credit check with references required. Looking for responsible tenant who will take excellent care of the property. This is a quiet, tidy, no smoking/no heavy partying household. I have also recently installed minisplit heating and cooling units in all the bedrooms and in the office space. In case you're not familiar with minisplits, they are electric highly energy efficient and extremely quiet air conditioning and heating units.
