This family-friendly home offers 3 bedrooms and is located in the heart of the Sandestin Resort, just a short distance from golf courses, shopping, dining, and nightlife. Sunshine Bungalo is thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. The open-concept living and dining area features a large indoor fireplace and a SmartTV, with ample seating for everyone. Enjoy meals at the dining table that seats 8, or at the breakfast bar for 3. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with full-size appliances, dishes, bakeware, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, a crockpot, flat griddle, toaster, blender, and both a traditional coffee maker and a Keurig. A stackable washer and dryer are conveniently located across from the kitchen. Relax on the screened-in patio with a table that seats 4 and additional outdoor seating. A 6-passenger golf cart is included for guests age 25+ with a valid license and insurance, perfect for cruising to the beach, shopping, and local restaurants within Sandestin. Pets are welcome with a required, non-refundable pet fee of $200 per pet, with a maximum of 2 house-trained dogs permitted. Guests bringing pets must disclose this prior to booking, as the pet fee must be paid prior to arrival. ADA-registered service animals are exempt from this fee. A pack and play, kids plastic dishes, cups, and silverware, a high chair, and baby stair gates are available for tiny travelers. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets both indoors and outdoors or additional fees will be assessed. Located in the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, Sunshine Bungalo is just 1.5 miles from The Village of Baytowne Wharf, offering bayside dining, kid-friendly games, drinks, shopping, and live music. It's also 2 miles from shopping and dining at Grand Boulevard, approximately 30 minutes from Destin's HarborWalk Village, and about 30 minutes from 30A. The property is situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, providing a peaceful and private setting. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Early check-in and late check-out may be possible upon request. Luggage cannot be left at the property before check-in or after check-out. Mail cannot be shipped to the property. No vehicles are to be parked on the street at any time. All windows and doors should remain closed when operating the A/C; operating the A/C with windows or doors open will automatically turn the A/C off. No flame burning grills of any kind can be used within 10 feet of the home's overhang or eave; please move the grill out of reach of the overhang before using. No smoking is allowed in the home or screened-in porch. No student groups or guests under age 25 are permitted without a parent or guardian present. Emotional Support Animals are subject to the pet fee; only ADA-registered service animals are exempt. Impersonating a service animal is a criminal offense. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets. An additional $50 fee may apply for excess cleanup. All drivers using the golf cart are required to fill out a waiver prior to arrival and must be 25 years or older with a valid license and current vehicle insurance coverage. Only registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Do not rearrange furniture in the home. Any cleanup of bodily fluids will result in additional cleaning and sanitation charges. Trash service is offered daily between 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM. All issues or damage must be reported immediately. Guests may be held financially responsible for unreported issues or damage discovered after check-out. Any belongings left will be charged a minimum fee of $25 plus shipping costs if the guest requests item(s) to be returned. Events and parties are not permitted. This home is equipped with a SmartTV, ideal for catching your favorite sports or winding down with a movie after a sunny day at the beach.
