Tenant Access
You will have private access to the entire studio ADU, which is entered via the alley. A reserved private parking space is provided for you right next to the unit.

Our home is perfectly situated for you to enjoy the best of the area. You'll be super close to the beautiful San Elijo Lagoon, the famous Cardiff Reef for surfing, and the convenient Seaside Market Center for groceries and dining. The lovely Glenn Park is also just a short walk away.
