Propane BBQ is fed via the home's internal propane system. biweekly cleaning is included. This is a mandatory condition of the rental. The cleaners will do medium cleaning, including changing the sheets. Cameras are installed on the outside of the property. Owner will provide 24 hr notice to tenant when batteries need to be changed. Inside access to property isn't required. Level 1 EV charging is available, (charger not provided). No EV charging from 4pm-9pm M-F without prior permission.
