This property offers ski-in/ski-out access, which transforms into hike-in/hike-out access in warmer months, with the national forest right outside your door. Enjoy stunning sunsets over the Yampa Valley. A vehicle is recommended, though a free city bus runs from the ski mountain base area approximately every 20 minutes during winter. The walk to the bus stop is about half a mile downhill, with an uphill return. Guests are responsible for leaving the home in the same condition as they arrived, and additional housekeeping fees may apply for excessive disorder. The Reserving Party is responsible for all guests and must inform them of all restrictions and rules.
