Students, young professionals, travel nurses/PTs welcome!… This room is a great opportunity to live in the heart of the west side, within walking distance from local bars, Grand Valley's downtown campus, coffee shops, and Bridge Street Market. Located right off of Bridge Street, this makes this place cheap and convenient, with off-street parking available. There are currently two rooms available in this house, with 4 rooms total. If you and a friend come in together, I will give a special incentive! Must be okay with cats, and must not have animals. Other renters are two brothers, with a girlfriend living with one as well.

Two full-time workers and one server for a couple restaurants here on the West side. We are clean, respectful, and quiet. Looking for another male in their 20s to room with. Also there are two, two year old kittens that are great roommates as well!
