Excessive water consumption may result in additional charges. *Parking * Garage parking for up to two vehicles is included. * Vehicles must be currently registered, operational, and driven regularly. * Storage of inoperable vehicles, recreational vehicles, boats, trailers, or commercial equipment is not permitted without prior written approval. * The garage is intended primarily for vehicle parking and reasonable household storage. * On designated street sweeping days, ADU occupants may temporarily use the driveway during posted street sweeping hours only; such use does not create any ongoing parking rights or exclusive driveway access, and main house tenants shall reasonably accommodate this limited access.
