Two year lease required. Background check, Employment verification, and credit report review will be required for all tenants over 18, cost is $35 per adult applicant. First month rent paid in advance. One month security deposit required. Will consider one dog with a pet deposit of $300 and monthly rent of $35. No other pets will be considered: no birds, cats, guinea pigs, hamsters, reptiles, etc. Absolutely NO Smokers in the house or anywhere on the property. This includes tobacco, vaping, or marijuana.
