Condo is on a private maple tree lined street, very peaceful and quit, no traffic noises. Close to shopping hospitals and university.… Unit is on the ground floor, permitted parking out front. Very safe and quite. I am Jame Santacroce, my friends call me Capi, I have worked internationally as a General Contractor and Civil Engineering Contractor. I had a building business in the Roaring Fork valley with an office in Aspen for 20+ years, I now live and work in Los Cabos, Mexico. My company is East Cape Realty and Constuction we sell beachfront properties and build beachfront homes. I love the high desert of Grand Junction, I am retired from riding mt. bikes and skiing the mountains, now I play municipal golf and ride a cruiser bike for my cardio work out and to go to the store.
