We are looking for the right person or couple to take good care of our family home. The home is furnished with a queen bed in master and two bed (one full and one twin) in the back bedroom. There is a hot tub and the renter can decide if they want to use it and maintain it during their stay. The property is on a stream that runs out to the sound. It is a bird sanctuary with incredible bird watching, bald eagles, herons and many other winter birds. Hi speed Wifi is connected and is super fast for those working from home. If you apply please note who would be living in the home and if you have a pet we could consider case by case. The lease will be Sept - May 31. We use the beach house during the summer.

Gorgeous furnished waterfront home with 180- degree water and Mt. Rainier views. Beach, huge designer deck.… If you see this home, you are going to want to live here. Perfect rental if you are thinking of moving to Vashon and want to test it first. 8-month lease October,1 - June 1/2023. The heat is a gas stove and electric, renter responsible for that plus cable which is 50 dollars per month.
