Tenants will be screened for past criminal records and proof of income to cover the rent will be required. A minimum 620 credit score is required. There is a $29 application fee for each adult living in the house. Applicants must complete a Zillow online application and those who meet the requirements can schedule a walk through. Lease is for one year. Pets are allowed with the exception of aggressive dog breeds. Aggressive dog breeds include, but are are not limited to pit bulls, Rottweilers, and wolf hybrids. This is mandated by insurance with no exceptions. There is a small fenced in area for your animals with a doggy door. The water bill is covered by the landlord, but tenant is responsible for all other utilities. Tenant is responsible for lawncare within the fenced-in area. Mowing of the larger yard is provided by landlord, although tenant is responsible any weed-eating or trimming. No smoking is allowed. Rent must be paid through online services such as CashApp, Paypal, Venmo, or Apple Pay.
