There is also a large bonus room with a washer, dryer, and additional space for in-unit storage, office use, or flex space. Residents enjoy a secure building with on-site amenities such as an indoor pool and hot tub, a sauna, a fitness room, a community space that can be reserved for gatherings, as well as 2 reserved underground parking spaces and a storage closet.
