The rental rate includes well water & septic along with an on-site dumpster for trash disposal. All other utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. These units are pet friendly for 1 pet. There is a non-refundable $300 pet fee and $30 monthly pet rent. Size and breed restrictions apply. Free parking for tenants is available at this complex, but there is no guest parking available.
