'Lease Term' Points 1. The lease term is 12 months. The rent is fixed for this 12-month lease term. A 1-month security deposit is required. 2. The Tenant pays for electricity, trash collection and cable internet / TV. 3. The Tenant pays for consumables, including furnace filters, 'whole house' water filter cartridge & water softener 'salt', etc. (Water softener must be operated and 'iron fighter salt' must be used in the softener.) 4. Apply through Zillow to expedite rental application items including work history, salary, background check, etc. A separate rental application is also required as Zillow applications are inadequate in other areas. 5. This is a no smoking, no vaping rental. 6. The property has a well and septic system. There are no monthly charges for these utilities. 7. The rental property has a 'Central Station' monitored alarm system. There is no additional cost to use this system. The 'Central Station' continuously monitors for fire & carbon monoxide alarms. The system also allows for instant calls for fire, medical help (ambulance), and police, even when 'not armed'.
