Lease terms

Owner pays heat and water. Tenant is responsible for electric. No smoking. No pets. If you like the apartment, there will be applications there, it is $50/applicant over 18. We also require a copy of your past 2 month's of check stubs and a copy of your id. We may ask for your current lease and payment history. Background checks are looking for rental history, no evictions, no recent criminal activity, judgements, and liens. Credit will be pulled for payment history and collections. Employment will be validated. After passing the background, we will sign a 1 year lease with payment of security deposit and first month's rent.
