Owner pays for water, garbage, and partial PG&E Tenant responsible for all other utilities. Rental Requirements All persons 18 years of age or older must complete and sign an application. Fill out all sections in application. Incomplete applications will not be considered. All applicants must meet qualifications to be accepted. Each applicant must submit verifiable photocopies of two (2) forms of valid government-issued photo IDs (examples - California Driver's License, Social Security card and/or Award letter, Birth Certificate, U.S Military ID, U.S. Passport, or U.S. Visa). Each applicant must submit a verifiable photocopy of proof of current residence (examples - utility, phone, cable, credit card bills, loan statements or auto registration). Credit - Must have a minimum FICO score of 650 No prior Evictions or Unlawful Detainer filings. No prior Bankruptcies within the past 7 years. Must have verifiable total household gross income of at least 3 times monthly rent. Each applicant must have a minimum 12 months full-time continual employment. Each applicant must submit verifiable photocopies of last six (6) months paystubs or six (6) months direct deposit bank statements from current employer; if self-employed, provide prior year's 1099 & last twelve (12) months bank statements or current tax returns. Positive references current & prior landlords and all references will be contacted. Renter's Insurance required and submit copy of policy upon signing rental agreement. No Pets. This is a Non Smoking property. Applications are accepted on a "FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE & FIRST QUALIFIED" basis.
