NO SMOKING, NO DRUG USE, NO EXCESSIVE ALCHOHOL USE, NO BURNING OF CANDLES AND NO PETS ALLOWED. NO OVERNIGHT GUESTS ARE ALLOWED WITHOUT THE LANDLORDS APPROVAL + FEE. ONLY FOR SINGLE OCCUPANCY One covered parking stall on property. Tenant must be able to keep their area neat and tidy, as well as contributing to keep the common areas and bathroom clean. Each tenant is responsible for purchasing their own cleaning supplies including their own trash bags and paper towels. All of your personal items must be kept in your own room. The common area is for everyone to enjoy and not meant to be additional storage space for personal items without permission from the landlord. The common area will be monitored on a regular basis. This unit is located in a very quiet area. Please be respectful to our neighbors. It is the responsibility of the tenants to keep the front entry area as well as the laundry area tidy and clean. No clutter please. Duration of the lease will be determined upon approval of the rental application. Current Credit Report, Rental & Employment History is required for the rental application process. REQUIRED proof of income for serious inquiries. Must provide references as well as emergency contacts.
