Rent & Lease Duration: $3,200/month for a 12 month lease. Utilities & Perks: $300/month flat rate covers water, sewer, trash, gas, and electricity. Bonus: The home features solar panels and a battery backup, so you will not experience power outages! Tenant is responsible for internet/cable (Allo fiber and Xfinity is already run to the house). Parking: Includes an attached one-car garage and driveway parking. Street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Maintenance: Tenant is responsible for lawn care (watering and mowing), snow removal, and watering the two newly established fruit trees in the front yard. (A lawnmower is left in the shed for tenant use). Outdoor Features: The property includes a large deck, a garden, a greenhouse, and an approximately 15' x 20' fenced dog run. Policies: Absolutely no smoking in the home. Financials: Security deposit is equal to one month's rent ($3,200), with $600 of that being non-refundable. Credit is negotiable. Pet Policy: Up to 3 dogs maximum. Pet deposit is $100 for one pet, or $250 for two or more. Pet rent is $50 per pet, per month.
