This property is also within 30 minutes of 5 major lakes and many rivers for tons of world class fishing. 4 WHEEL DRIVE AND SNOW TIRES / CHAINS IN THE WINTER MONTHS ARE NECESSARY!! Landlord pays HOA and water fee (up to 20,000 gallons). Renter is responsible for water bill above 20,000 gallons/yr.
