Welcome to Casa Caribe, a comfortable 2 bed, 2 bath home on Summerland Key. (Vacation or long term rental ) Located on one of the best canals on the island, and conveniently across the canal from the Summerland Marina, this home provides quick boating to the blue water as well as the prime diving areas of the Gulf and Looe Key National Marine Sanctuary out front. Large boats will tie up easily at the 60' dock and can be quickly loaded with gear and supplies which can be stored securely in the enclosure under the house. The home itself is furnished for ease of living with access from the dining area to the outdoor porch which overlooks the canal. Some may prefer resting on the new comfy couches while enjoying the large flat screen TV in the living area. The master bedroom is furnished with a Queen mattress and en suite bath; the second bedroom has 2 double beds for guests. There is wood flooring throughout.
