First and last month's rent, plus the security deposit, are due prior to move-in. No pets of any kind are allowed. This includes fish, reptiles, birds, and any other animals. No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed inside the home, garage, or anywhere on the property. No parties or excessive noise are allowed. Other tenants live next door, and this home is best suited for tenants who will respect the quiet setting. Yard maintenance is included and handled by a hired landscaping service. The landlord, owner's representative, and/or landscaper may be on the property regularly to maintain the yard and help keep the exterior well cared for.
