The house is very popular for summer interns. It is walking/biking distance to Stanford, Tesla, Amazon and other high tech. Very safe neighborhood, many interns(Master, PHD) and Stanford graduates stayed here. For short term, we do airbnb as well. Seeking roommates for a 4br/2ba 1,800 sqft house in Midtown Palo Alto. This is the cheapest room in the house, please call /text for availability The house rules are pretty basic - be respectful of the other roommates, keep noise to a minimum late at night, clean up after yourself, pitch in to keep the common areas reasonably clean, no smoking inside, no drugs, etc. Each bathroom is shared by two roommates. There's a nice BBQ grill in the backyard, a washer & dryer in the garage, and a dishwasher. The neighborhood is really nice and safe, and the neighbors are friendly.
