The room is in a very convenient location, with lots of stores nearby and walking distance from a variety of public transportation options: 1 block from the 25th Ave. D train station. (approximately 30 min. to Manhattan and 2 stops from Coney Island) Many bus stops nearby (B1, B3, B4, B6, B64, B82) Express buses not too far away (X28, X28B) Very close to supermarkets, laundromats, banks, libraries, pharmacies, Walgreens, etc. Many places to get things to eat (restaurants, McDonalds, Dunkin Donuts, 7Eleven, Vietnamese restaurants, sushi, etc.) Very close to many gyms Near many parks Requirements: First month rent and 1 month security deposit required to move in.
