Hello!… I am looking for someone to take over my lease starting September 1.
Lease would be Sept 1, 2026 through April 1, 2027.
House is located in Canton, just a couple blocks away from Patterson Park and the water front!
Rent: $1,150 per month (not including utilities).
Utilities are split 3 ways with two other roommates.
Space: Private basement with 1 bedroom, 1 office/storage/flex room, and a private bathroom.
1 closet in bedroom and 1 closet in flex room.
Two other roommates and one cat live here as well in bedrooms on second floor. All very friendly!
Kitchen and laundry are shared.
