Lease terms

- No smoking or vaping ANYWHERE on property or in the cul-de-sac ($250 penalty for each offense; minimum $500 charge for cleaning any smoke-related damage) - No indoor fires/candles/open flames - Pets require prior approval - No parking/driving on grass - Be respectful of neighbors at all times and do not go on their property for any reason - No parties allowed. Violators will be legally responsible for their actions and immediately asked to leave without refund - No disconnecting WiFi (except for a router reset) or disabling alarm system or cameras - Quiet hours from 9 p.m. - 7 a.m. (anything that could be heard by neighbors) - Owner is not responsible for accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises - Owner is not responsible for loss of personal belongings of the renter - Furnishings and appliances should be left in the manner provided to the renter - Any damaged or missing items will be charged to the renter - No altering the property in any way without prior approval from owner - The renter agrees to remove all non-provided food and opened drinks from the house at the end of their stay - 25+ years old to rent (guarantors considered) - Guests under 18 permitted with adult present at all times
