This townhome, on the west side of Colorado Springs, is located next to a major city park with a public pool and tons of hiking trails all around. The unobstructed mountain views from this end-unit townhome are visible from every room making it light and bright, as there are windows on three sides of the home. The entire home was updated two years ago with new paint, luxury vinyl plank flooring (ZERO CARPET), and beautiful granite countertops in the kitchen and both bathrooms. The eat-in kitchen has very good counter space with a view of the front range from the sink. You can watch the wildlife as you are cleaning your dishes! There's plenty of space for your dining table off to the side. The appliances are all newer, and the refrigerator is huge! (The refrigerator shows ice and water, but there is no water hookup available for these to work) The living room has has a wood-burning fireplace, and two windows, each with different unobstructed mountain views. Plenty of space for your living room furniture, and there's even a storage closet for the Christmas decorations or whatever else you need to tuck away. An updated half-bath completes the main level. Upstairs has a master bedroom with double closets and, yes mountain views from the window. There is another secondary bedroom with those same views, and a full bathroom. Throw in a linen closet and full-sized washer/dryer on the bedroom level this townhome is super convenient and easy to live in. The front has a small porch where you could have a couple of chairs and watch the sunset every night. The grass outside is maintained by a landscaping company and it's cut about every two weeks in the summer time. In back, you have a private patio for your grill and outdoor living, as well as a large outside storage closet for those things that can handle the colder temps.
