Maximum of 2 adult cats allowable with $50/month pet rent each - this accumulated pet rent will be used first to cover cost of deep cleaning home with remaining funds refundable. Credit check, criminal background check, eviction search required. Renter's insurance policy required with a copy of policy kept on file with owner. Renter responsible for yard maintenance.
