Deposit and prorated first month's rent due upon approval. Dogs are allowed with a $500 deposit ($250 is non-refundable) and a monthly $25 pet rent per dog. Limit of two dogs per unit. Garage parking is $50 per month, off-street parking is free. Tenant pays electricity. Additional $85 per month per tenant for W/S/T. Required income of 3x the monthly rent. Past 2 months pay stubs or proof of income required with application. Credit check required with score of 600 or higher. Good rental history with no prior evictions We perform an individualized assessment of any adult on criminal evictions to determine whether a business reason exists to deny tenancy. We consider the nature and severity of the offense, the number and type of convictions, the time that has elapsed since the conviction, evidence of good tenant history before and after conviction, any additional information showing rehabilitation, good conduct, or other factors that you would like us to consider Non-smoking property Recent tenant screening reports will not be accepted Non-refundable application fee of $45
