Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas, including hallways and common spaces, unless otherwise specified in the lease. Pets are allowed only in pet-friendly units with prior approval, a signed pet addendum, and applicable fees or deposits. Parking spaces are assigned but limited and must be used only by registered vehicles. Unauthorized or improperly parked vehicles may be towed at the owner's expense.
