The Madison Parkview Apartments were built in 1950 and are conveniently located on the East slope of Capitol Hill. There is a Trader Joe's and Safeway within walking distance as well as a plethora of nearby shops and restaurants. The Metro bus line runs on E. Madison headed toward downtown every 15 minutes or catch the #48 towards UW campus. This top floor 1bedroom is situated on the Southeast corner of the building and receives great natural light. There are hardwood floors throughout, an updated bathroom and an efficient gas furnace for heat during the winter months. At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the $1000 refundable security deposit upon approval. This building is no smoking and no dogs, cats are welcome. There is a $75 monthly utility fee for water/sewer/garbage.
