This is an unfurnished rental, with a month-to-month rental agreement. The Renter is responsible for paying all utilities (water, electric, gas, garbage/recycling, internet, phone, cable). All solar power generated at the rental property can be used to offset the electricity bill, which usually offsets the entire electricity bill with the exception of the $10 monthly grid connection fee. The rental also includes a ChargePoint Level 2 electric car charger that can deliver 15 kW. Landscaping service will be paid by the Landlord. No smoking on the property.
