Newly renovated studio-convert 1b1b that's perfect for 1 or 2 tenants. The unit was renovated within a year, and has all brand new appliances as well as a giant shower! The unit is pretty spacious: oversized kitchen, oversized bathroom with oversized shower, etc. (sure sure the living room is a little smaller ) but more importantly, for both 1 and 2 tenants, there's a good separation of space, so you can create your own version of sleeping, eating, cooking, studying areas. If you are 2 people, you know how important this is! I try not to be that typical "landlord", and love to be more friendly with tenants. Recent I built the fence with two of the tenants now. So if you are hands-on that's definitely awesome. As a Cal alumni myself, I want to help make sure everyone's college experience is as great as mine was!
