Lease terms

Tenants are responsible for all HOA fees, electricity, water, and gas utilities. Trash service is optional and may be established at the tenant's discretion. A non-refundable pet fee of $300 is required for the first pet, with an additional $100 fee for each additional pet. There is no limit on the number of pets, subject to approval. Smoking is not permitted inside the home. The use of vapes and e-cigarettes is allowed indoors; however, all cigarette smoking must take place outside the property. No illegal drug use is permitted on the premises. Prior to move-in, tenants will be required to pay a security deposit and any applicable pet fees. Rent is due on the 1st of each month and includes a 5-day grace period before late fees apply. Flexible move-in dates are currently available prior to July 1.
