This is a separate building behind the main duplex, a good 40 feet from the main house.… This building was converted two years ago so all appliances and interiors are new. You have your own private carport. Your entrance is 3 feet to the left of your car. Literally open your car door and enter your home. On the opposite end of the building you have your own private small courtyard and deck with roof. The washer and dryer are located just outside your door under the porch. The interior is done in light beiges and aquas very soothing. You have a complete kitchen with utensils , dishes and plates, There is lots of natural light and it is very quiet since you are at the back of the property. This is a furnished unit and includes all utilities. This unit is located withing walking distance of dry cleaners, grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. We're talking 2-4 blocks.
