The rental space: unfurnished spacious living area with wet bar, includes small fridge, microwave and cabinet storage (700 square feet), large bedroom (225 square feet).
The space has a private bath with walk in shower (80 square feet), plus large closet in hallway and access to a bonus storage room. Bedroom and living area are carpeted. A portion of the basement is for owner use, but rental space is private.
