The house has Air Conditioning with high-speed Wi-fi and a Smart TV. The kitchen has a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and I have a new portable electric stove top to use. (no full oven) Personally I love my Insta pot and feel it does a lot! You could also buy a large toaster oven if that's how you enjoy cooking. This home is located in a quaint historical neighborhood and a quick 3 min drive or 15-20 min walk to main street Downtown/ CD'A Lake. We are less than a mile away from all the medical district and hospital. *PLEASE NOTE* There is a secondary unit attached to the house. It has it's own completely separate parking and private entrances on the opposite side. If there is occupancy in the other unit, the large backyard will technically be "shared". You will hear the people above. If footsteps and muffled talking bothers you, you won't be ok with this home. Thanks!
