Credit history reviewed consistently with written criteria. Rental history: Verifiable rental/residence history required. Complete residence history for the past 3 years, including each address, dates of occupancy, monthly rent, landlord/manager full name, phone number, email if available, and reason for leaving. All adult occupants must complete an application, authorize screening, and meet the written qualification criteria.
