Perfect for a seasonal (October through April for example) or yearly "snow bird" renter (especially those that go back and forth and want a reliable place to stay without the headaches of home ownership) Fully furnished (including Kitchen) Conveniently located for both Venice and Sarasota. There is a pool and hot tub (caged pool area with nice deck). Backyard with plenty of privacy from Areca palms. Fenced back yard. Respectful and kind neighbors. Private gated community with lots of activities including a club house and large community pool. There are pickle ball courts. Very active and friendly community. Yard and Pool Maintenance is covered by Owner. 3 bedroom house. Furnished for 2 bedrooms (one has a pulldown Murphy bed) and the other bedroom is a king bed. Third bedroom could be used as a bedroom if desired but currently is furnished with large crafting / work table as well as sewing table. If using for bedroom, you would need to supply furniture, etc. and we would move the craft tables to garage. Electric will be paid by owner up to a monthly total of $ 250 (The current average usage for 2 occupants is $ 140) Water will be paid by owner up to a monthly total of $ 150 (The current average usage for 2 occupants is $ 55) Gas will be paid by owner up to a monthly total of $ 75 (The current average usage for 2 occupants if $ 30) Internet (Wifi provided) by Owner. The Renter is responsible for their own streaming service / services (such as DirecTV, Netflix, etc.) Trash pick up & Recycling paid by owner (Pick up Wednesday and Saturday) Pets negotiable with security deposit NO SMOKING NO VAPING
