RENTING FOR NEXT SCHOOL YEAR- LEASE BEGINS AUGUST 1 2026-Old house with huge rooms with large closets. Full Bathrooms on 1st and 2nd Floor.… Free On site laundry in basement, front upper deck and 1st floor porch; nice secluded back yard make this the perfect place to call home... fenced in back yard, with a locking gate for privacy. Both sides of the back yard are also covered so you have a secluded spot to unwind without being subject to any uninvited solicitations. All calls will go to voicemail, so it's better and faster to text. Calls/texts will be returned. I try to set up open house showings on Monday afternoons/evenings, so please plan for that for when you want to see it. The two pics of street views are from second floor balcony off one of the 5 large bedrooms, and this place has a common room on every floor! Big is what this place is. You will have plenty of space for your bedroom furniture and then some. Parking is never a problem on this side of campus, and there is a lot next door that is a monitored parking lot-it's recommended that you avoid this lot. Pictures are older and kitchen floor has been updated since this was taken. This is on the market unexpectedly so old listing pics were supplied. It looks better. Come see it. The location is perfect for close walking proximity to campus.
