As well as new laminate floors. There is a shared back porch area and a landscaped backyard. There is a laundry room on site. Rent $1495 Deposit $1495. $20 Application fee. We ask that you respect our no pets/no animals policy. There is one off-street parking spot available for an additional fee. We will be there at the apartment to show it to you each evening during the week, but not on the weekends, at 5:00 PM. We stay for about half an hour and can answer all of your questions at that time. No appointment is necessary. If you need a different time, please email and we will accommodate if possible.
