This listing is a 4-bedroom 2.5 bathroom house with an attached 2-bedroom 1-bathroom ground-floor apartment ADU (not included in this price - that unit costs a separate $1650 including utilities (based on single occupancy) and we would be willing to rent both units to one renter who needs in-law space built in).
