Pet Policy Prior Notification Required: Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a dog, including service dogs. Pets are allowed on the property with consent from the property owner as there is a monthly pet fee Furniture Restrictions: Pets should be kept off furniture. Clean-Up: Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Reddit Unauthorized Pets: A penalty fee of $300 applies for unauthorized pets in the unit. Property Rules No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property. Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages or breakages that occur during their stay. Please report any issues immediately. Cleanliness: Guests are expected to maintain the cleanliness of the property during their stay. A cleaning fee is charged, but excessive mess may incur additional charges. Appliance Use: Please use all appliances and amenities responsibly. Turn off lights, air conditioning, and other electronic devices when not in use to conserve energy. Internet Use: Guests are provided access to Wi-Fi. Any illegal or unethical internet activities are strictly prohibited. Vehicle Charging: Guests are not permitted to charge electric or hybrid vehicles on the property. A $500 penalty per day applies for violations. Mail & Parking Mail: If you wish to receive mail at the property, we recommend direct delivery to the door. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged mail. Parking: Parking is limited to two vehicles. Additional vehicles may be parked in the driveway or in front of the home, subject to available space and local regulations. Kindly let us know in advance if you plan to bring more than two cars.
